Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TryPixflow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our service delivers AI-generated digital results that are consumed instantly upon processing, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and our platform. This policy applies to all purchases made through TryPixflow, including one-time credit packs and monthly subscription plans.

2. How Credits Work

TryPixflow operates on a credit-based system. Each high-resolution image processing request consumes one credit. A credit is considered "used" the moment a processing request is initiated, regardless of whether you download the result.

Credits may be acquired through:

  • One-Time Credit Packs: A fixed number of credits purchased as a single transaction. These credits do not expire.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: A recurring plan that allocates a set number of credits each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

3. Refund for One-Time Credit Packs

We offer pro-rated refunds for one-time credit packs based on your remaining unused credits at the time of the refund request.

Refund Formula:

Refund Amount = (Unused Credits ÷ Total Purchased Credits) × Purchase Price

Example: You purchase a 50-credit pack for $9.99. You use 20 credits. Your refund would be: (30 ÷ 50) × $9.99 = $5.99.

If all purchased credits have been used, no refund is available as the service has been fully delivered.

4. Refund for Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription refunds are also calculated based on usage, not based on the number of remaining days in your billing cycle.

Subscription Refund Formula:

Refund Amount = (Unused Monthly Credits ÷ Total Monthly Credits) × Monthly Fee

Example: Your plan includes 200 credits/month at $19.99/month. You have used 50 credits when you request a cancellation and refund. Your refund would be: (150 ÷ 200) × $19.99 = $14.99.

Cancellation without refund: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose not to request a refund, your remaining credits will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. System Errors & Failed Processing

If a credit is deducted due to a system error, server failure, or processing malfunction where no usable result was delivered, you are entitled to:

  • Automatic credit restoration: The consumed credit will be returned to your account, or
  • Full refund for the affected credit(s) if you prefer.

To report a failed processing issue, please contact us at support@trypixflow.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all such cases within 24 hours.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Fully consumed credits: All purchased credits have been used to process images.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality: As stated in our Terms of Service, AI processing is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee results will meet every individual expectation.
  • Account termination due to policy violations: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading prohibited content, abusing the API), no refund will be issued.
  • Promotional or gifted credits: Free trial credits, promotional credits, or bonus credits provided at no charge are non-refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (for system error claims).

8. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through our authorized payment provider.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund approval, any remaining credits in your account associated with the refunded purchase will be immediately revoked.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and loss of all remaining credits. We are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly through our support channel.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of TryPixflow after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
