2. AI Service Limitations

Our service utilizes artificial intelligence models to process images. While we strive for high precision, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in background removal. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You strictly agree NOT to upload images that contain:

• Pornographic, NSFW, or sexually explicit content.
• Child sexual abuse material or non-consensual sexual content.
• Gratuitous violence or hate speech.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Automating scraping or reverse-engineering of our API is strictly prohibited.

Violating these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Users retain full ownership of the images they upload. You grant us a limited, global, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the background removal service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryPixflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TryPixflow harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or any violation of these terms.
